Shipping Information
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – $12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We ship globally, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. Tracking information will be provided for all shipments.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our bathroom fixtures and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.
Eligibility Requirements
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) required
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Toilet Seats (due to personal hygiene considerations)
- Custom Orders (products made to your specifications)
- Clearance Items (marked as “final sale” at purchase)
Return Process

- Reason for return
- For exchanges: specify the replacement item desired
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and send return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our warehouse at the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Exchange Process
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
- Follow the same steps as the return process
- In your email, clearly state the item you’d like to exchange for
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the new item
Refund Information
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Credit Cards: Refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days after processing
- PayPal: Refunds usually processed within 24 hours
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable (except in cases of our error)
Return Shipping
